Job Description

Act as the primary relationship manager and liaison between key customers and Lumivero. Work with cross-functional teams to maintain client satisfaction and trust, expand the footprint, introduce new software products and increase wallet share. Manage the full sales cycle with customers using a consultative, relationship-driven approach. Identify and size revenue opportunities by account, roadblocks to expanding or retaining revenue and facilitate with internal teams to build winning strategies. Define a relationship strategy within each account. Achieve the quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the company and manage and document pipeline and forecast in a CRM. Provide summaries to management regarding revenue opportunities and risks, and any product feedback or insights from our top clients.
