Are you someone that wants to expand your career working in IT? Have you been told you have outstanding customer service skills? We are looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst to assist and provide support for Serco employees and contractors. Serco supports various government contracts for companies all over the US and Canada. You will be part of a team that works closely with Tier 2 and other technical teams to deliver quality service and systems to Serco employees, promoting change and innovation. This is a Hybrid Remote position requiring on-site work in the Herndon HQ on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. The remaining three days can be worked remotely. In this role, you will provide technical support to end users, document troubleshooting steps, resolve technical problems, and assist the IT Field Service Technicians.
