Job Description
We are looking for a talented Sr. Solutions Engineer at LaunchDarkly -- you will be a trusted technical advisor to a hybrid set of accounts both Public and Private sector clients. This role is a critical part of the federal sales strategy at LaunchDarkly, serving as a trusted technical advisor to both federal and commercial customers, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the federal space and strong experience working within the federal ecosystem. Translate complex government requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, DoD SRG) into actionable technology solutions.
Partner with account executives to develop and present compelling technical proposals tailored to mission-critical objectives. Lead or support technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Conduct customer-facing presentations, demonstrations, and whiteboarding sessions. Design scalable architectures that meet federal compliance and security standards. Maintain deep knowledge of company products, integrations, and industry trends within the private and public sector.
