The Business Systems Analyst – GTM and Salesforce will serve as the operational bridge between the Revenue Systems Architect and all key stakeholder teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, excels at streamlining processes, and enjoys partnering with teams to improve how Salesforce and other GTM systems are used day to day. You’ll take ownership of frontline support, backlog execution, sprint hygiene, documentation, and change management — while also handling core Salesforce admin responsibilities.
The role includes Salesforce Administration & Flow Development, Sprint & Backlog Execution, Documentation & Change Management, Data Stewardship & GTM Team Support and Integration & Sync Management.
