As a Client Registration Coordinator, you’ll ensure the entry of referrals and payor verification is completed and assists other team members to facilitate the insurance process. Other responsibilities include strategic leadership. Develop and execute a growth, innovation and sales strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives. Further responsibilities are innovation management - foster a company-wide culture of growth and innovation by promoting appropriate disruption, risk-taking, and continuous improvement. Sales team leadership - Build and lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Business development and relationship management - identify and cultivate relationships with key referral sources. Finally, Sales operations reporting - oversee the development and implementation of sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
