Member Engagement Lifecycle:
- Design and oversee the end-to-end member engagement journey.
- Ensure engagement touchpoints are purposeful and well-timed.
- Partner with Systems & Analytics to monitor engagement patterns.
Renewal Strategy & Retention Risk Mitigation:
- Develop renewal strategy, including messaging and timing.
- Coordinate renewal timelines with Recruitment and Finance.
