Management:
- Lead the regional EUS team and align strategy.
- Evaluate and develop teammates.
- Lead monthly huddles focusing on targets and KPIs.
Competition:
- Conduct SWOT analysis within the region.
- Develop competitive strategies with the team.
- Share user feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams.
