Job Description

It requires partnering effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Support, and Engineering, to deliver high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will design and deploy growth loops and reward systems to create engagement.

Requires Identifying and tracking key actions that influence business outcomes such as trial-to-paid conversion and customer lifetime value. Will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Growth Analysts. Will collaborate with analytics and finance teams to translate growth performance data into actionable insights.
