About the Role:
- Oversee the P&L and long-term success of the Umbrella line of business.
- Drive strategy for growth and profitability across all functions.
- Monitor market and competitor trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly accountable for Umbrella profit and loss, including performance against plan.
- Create vision and strategy for target market, channel strategy, and product features.
- Collaborate across sales, service, underwriting, pricing, and claims to maximize effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
- Highly developed quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing abilities.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible analytical work experience.
