Job Description
Maintain relationships with agencies, bundle solutions, generate new opportunities, and ensure all customer demands are met. Set clear objectives for each sales call or meeting, use standard materials to make presentations, ask relevant questions to evaluate interest and identify areas needing further information. Develop a contact plan to communicate solutions and engage potential clients. Act as first point of contact for queries and resolve them. Identify and resolve standard CRM issues. Pursue potential customers through referrals and trade shows. Align customer needs to the solution portfolio. Develop capabilities through training and maintain industry knowledge.
