Medicare Operations Coordinator

Cleo is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual to join our Medicare Member Operations team as a Medicare Operations Coordinator on a part-time, hourly basis (at least 4 days a week between the hours of 8am-8pm EST). In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the day-to-day operations of Cleo’s Medicare care model. You'll ensure seamless coordination across member touch points by managing scheduling logistics, monitoring high-priority follow-ups, and supporting internal teams with timely information and ad hoc requests. You’ll work closely with Medicare Coaches and Medicare Engagement Specialists to ensure every member interaction is thoughtful, timely, and aligned with their unique needs. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at clear communication, and brings a solutions-oriented mindset to every task.
