Responsibilities:
- Process semimonthly U.S. payroll, including wages, deductions, benefits, and garnishments.
- Prepare federal, state, and local tax filings and support year-end reconciliation.
- Coordinate international payroll with in-country providers and support special projects.
Requirements:
- 2+ years U.S. payroll processing experience and tax knowledge.
- Proficiency with Workday, ADP, or UKG and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with AI-powered payroll tools.
