Job Description
As a Senior Customer Experience Manager (CEM) you’ll lead retention efforts across Bugcrowd's global client base. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, responsible for ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction, platform adoption, and renewal execution. Senior CEMs are the operational and strategic champions of customer value, partnering closely with Solutions Architects, Shared Success, and Program Management to deliver a world-class experience.
Responsibilities include owning logo and revenue renewal for customer accounts, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, serving as the internal voice of the customer, and monitoring customer health scores to anticipate risk. You will also conduct regular business reviews, coordinate onboarding, and educate customers on product capabilities aligned with their business goals.
