Looking for a strategic digital sales role with real autonomy? As the Regional Digital Lead, you'll lead the shift to a digital‑first advertising model, shaping and delivering the digital commercial strategy. That means designing and executing acquisition, retention and reactivation plans, opening up new revenue streams and winning new business in a role created to drive growth.
Working closely with agency and direct sales leads, you’ll co‑create quarterly plans, become the go‑to expert on our portfolio, and role model inclusive, change positive leadership to hit transformation targets such as lower churn and faster acquisition. You’ll own new digital revenue across programmatic and direct channels through innovative, data‑led selling. You’ll build, manage and retain senior client and partner relationships, and use analytics and market insight for weekly forecasting and reporting, turning feedback and campaign performance into trends and clear proposition development.
