Job Description
Responsible for meeting sales budgets and developing key relationships throughout the customer's organization that ensure long-term growth and preferred vendor status. Experience with Rural King, Tractor Supply, and Blains Farm & Fleet accounts would be ideal. This role involves leading profitability through item mix and pricing, identifying product and promotion opportunities, and communicating internally.
The National Account Manager will develop top-to-top relationships with customers while leading sales agents for performance, negotiate annual customer contracts, and lead project management for major line reviews. Also involves developing and communicating key account growth strategies, working with finance to evaluate customer profitability, and guiding regular SKU efficiency reviews.
The person filling the position must maintain service levels by adhering to the Outstanding Demand Forecasting Process for each customer.
