Pre Arrival Marketing Coordinator

Accountabilities:

• Encourage customers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours using approved sales techniques.
• Explain details and requirements related to attending a sales presentation accurately and verify customer eligibility.
• Respond positively to guest questions and concerns using brand-specific processes and recognize upselling opportunities.

Performance and Compliance:

• Meet or exceed outlined personal performance standards and ensure compliance with department SOPs and wage and hour laws.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping, relay messages clearly, and handle sensitive issues with tact and confidentiality.

Collaboration and Development:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with coworkers and other departments to support a collaborative environment.
• Attend required trainings and meetings to support professional growth and team objectives.
