Job Description
In this strategic leadership role you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that help employees develop specific skills and improve their performance in alignment with organizational goals. You will play a key role in employee development and engagement, ensuring that learning opportunities are aligned with both individual career goals and the needs of the company.
You will design and develop effective training programs that align with company objectives, customize training materials, conduct engaging training sessions, evaluate training effectiveness, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain training records, identify gaps in skills and knowledge, research new techniques, and support the implementation of learning management systems. Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field is required and 2-5 years of relevant experience.
