Job Description

Meeting compliance with OHSU Policy and Procedures, Legal requirements, Risk Management standards, Federal and State requirements relating to construction practices and HIPAA. In addition to understanding the procurement process, this person acts as an advisor to OHSU end-users by explaining OHSU procurement and contracting policies and processes. Negotiates and develops contracts using knowledge of applicable OHSU policy and procedure, Federal, State, County, District, City and public laws, codes, statutes, guidelines and requirements. Manages and utilizes the Contract Management System. This includes, but is not limited to, creating new records, management and updating of current records.

Contracting Services Group (CSG) is under the Logistics Department of OHSU and is the central processing point for most contracts outside of Managed Care and Research.
