Role Overview:
- As a Finance Specialist on Stryker's Flex Financial team, you will be the primary contact for equipment financing opportunities, supporting a Regional Finance Manager and collaborating with sales teams.
- This role combines financial analysis, transaction management, and cross-functional partnership to drive regional business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop pricing and financing structures for complex customer proposals across more than 15 financing program offerings.
- Manage financing opportunities from origination through completion, delivering approximately 130 proposals per month.
- Review, process, and maintain documentation for approximately 30 completed financing transactions per month using Salesforce.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Preferred experience with sales support, customer proposals, contracts, and Salesforce CRM.
