Job Description

The Senior Associate role will report into our Consumer Experience Credits and Refunds Lead and contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of industry-leading credits and refunds experiences and policies for our customers. This person will develop strategies to optimize our core success metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to implement them. The role involves partnering with various teams like product, engineering, analytics to improve customer experience related to credits and refunds. You will use data to identify opportunities and implement solutions from start to finish including policy changes and testing.
