Job Description

As a Lead Customer Success Manager, you'll manage complex Enterprise and Commercial client relationships throughout the post-sales customer lifecycle, understand customer problems, and serve as a trusted advisor. You will engage with customers regularly, manage escalations, conduct status calls, and drive user adoption to maximize usage. You will also develop champions, maintain customer satisfaction, drive strategic initiatives, assess account health, translate business needs, and improve processes by identifying gaps. Work closely with cross-functional teams to capitalize on opportunities and keep customers on schedule. Maintain organized account notes.
