Life Sciences Solutions & Market Strategy Director

This role is a strategic leader responsible for shaping, defining, and enabling our Life Sciences solutions in the market. By combining the external orientation of a Solutions Consultant with the ownership mindset of a Product Owner, the role ensures solutions are differentiated, aligned to customer needs, and positioned for growth. This role will partner closely with the Service Line General Manager, Sales, Delivery, and Marketing leadership, as well as Product Management, overseeing development. Together, they will ensure our roadmap reflects business priorities and customer feedback, with the Product Manager leading execution, and this role ensuring market fit, commercial impact, and service line alignment.
