Role Overview:
- Take ownership of checkout funnel health by identifying emerging issues and developing alerts.
- Lead root-cause investigations into payment funnel drop-offs and declining authorization rates.
- Analyze authorization rates, decline codes, and performance across multiple PSPs.
Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of payment concepts like interchange, tokenization, 3DS, and fraud.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to independently investigate payment data trends.
