About the role:
- You will own customer payment investigations when a payment doesn't flow automatically.
- Follow payments from API call through internal systems, partner banks, and rails.
- Explain issues clearly and escalate bugs with evidence.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the technical point of contact for customers with payment problems.
- Trace payments across API, ledger, partner banks, and blockchain.
- Build runbooks and tools to reduce manual work.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role at a fintech or payments company.
- Solid understanding of payments and comfort with JSON, SQL, and Python.
- Methodical investigation skills and clear communication.
