Job Description
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Account Executives and BDRs to achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets. Oversee pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance across your team’s territories. Partner with RevOps to refine territory design, funnel metrics, and reporting to ensure scalable growth. Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation initiatives and campaign execution to optimize funnel conversion. Conduct regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and performance coaching sessions with AEs to identify strengths and development areas. Own the hiring, onboarding, and continuous enablement and process refinement of your team, ensuring consistent alignment with Zen’s mission and sales methodology. Analyze data to identify performance trends, refine playbooks, and share best practices across the team. Act as a key voice between the field and leadership, surfacing market insights and feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
