Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy and execution for BPO partner network training, including curriculum development for onboarding and upskilling, and ensuring launch readiness for new sites and changes.
  • Partner with internal teams and BPO leadership to align training with operational goals and maintain quality standards through a centralized playbook.

Performance & Development:

  • Use data from QA, CSAT, and proficiency metrics to identify performance gaps and design targeted enablement plans and coaching interventions.
  • Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions and support trainer communities to share best practices and ensure consistent delivery standards across regions.

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage complex training schedules and logistics across multiple global sites, coordinating timelines and resources for effective program delivery.
  • Pilot and iterate on new training approaches and tools, while ensuring training environments and materials meet accessibility and inclusivity standards.
