Lead strategy and execution for BPO partner network training, including curriculum development for onboarding and upskilling, and ensuring launch readiness for new sites and changes.
Partner with internal teams and BPO leadership to align training with operational goals and maintain quality standards through a centralized playbook.

Performance & Development:

Use data from QA, CSAT, and proficiency metrics to identify performance gaps and design targeted enablement plans and coaching interventions.
Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions and support trainer communities to share best practices and ensure consistent delivery standards across regions.

Operational Excellence:

Manage complex training schedules and logistics across multiple global sites, coordinating timelines and resources for effective program delivery.
Pilot and iterate on new training approaches and tools, while ensuring training environments and materials meet accessibility and inclusivity standards.
