Role Overview:
- Serve as a key driver for partner acquisition and revenue growth in the Chicago territory, focusing on channel sales with security and IT resellers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the partner network, optimizing sales performance and market reach through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen long-term partner relationships through in-person engagement and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Recruit and onboard new strategic partners, providing ongoing sales training and resources to enhance product selling effectiveness.
- Represent ButterflyMX at trade shows and events, collaborating on joint sales plans and conducting quarterly reviews to assess and refine strategies.
Requirements and Expectations:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of channel management experience with demonstrated success, such as President's Club recognition.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel, with the ability to build relationships at all partner levels and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining polished communication and attention to detail.
