Accountabilities:
- Review residential mortgage documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Process mortgage transactions from application through to instructions to lawyers and notaries.
- Build effective working relationships with internal departments and support urgent requests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in banking or financial services, ideally with residential mortgages.
- Strong ability to interpret legal mortgage documentation and apply policies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
