Deployment Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee onsite testing and preparation of robot fleet.
• Coordinate across engineering, solutions, operations, and customer sales teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely deployment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project/program management experience with end-to-end accountability.
• Experience deploying robotics or automation in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Startup experience with early technology.
• Experience introducing robotic systems into production.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual base salary range of $150,000-$180,000 plus equity.
