The VP will build, manage and lead a direct sales division at Clearent by Xplor which includes Regional Sales Directors, District Managers and Account Executives. The Vice President of Sales will be tasked with achieving and surpassing team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Importantly, as Clearent by Xplor is in a very high growth mode, the VP will need to heavily and consistently recruit to build and continue to expand their territory.
The VP will drive the team to exceed the sales plan by utilizing Clearentβs systemic approach to activity management and accountability. They will optimize the team by maximizing the performance of current team members while simultaneously recruiting high-performing new team members.
They will also provide succinct, insightful reporting to management; accurately forecast future sales; forward proactive recommendations to address key issues or concerns. Furthermore, they will solicit and manage key partner relationships, ensure professionalism of team members, and market additional Clearent by Xplor products and services as they are introduced.
