Job Description

Serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Revenue Analytics and directly support scaling and operationalizing workflows for the Field Sales Organization and Customer Success Organization. Drive operational excellence across go-to-market (GTM) functions by optimizing systems, processes, and data. You will play a pivotal role in managing our front facing CRM, influencing middle and bottom funnel strategy, and ensuring data integrity to support scalable growth. Oversee the operational workflows and optimization of Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all GTM teams. Implement best practices for data capture, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a clean and organized CRM environment. Analyze and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement automation tools and workflows to reduce manual tasks and enhance productivity. Ensure platforms are set up to properly measure business KPIs. Work closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
