Job Description

ModSquad is seeking Customer Support professionals to provide support for a top music streaming platform. In this role, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Dutch and English. Orientation is 8 weeks long, split into two phases with different time commitments. Production hours offer flexibility with available shifts daily between 7 AM and 10 PM (Pacific Time). Self-schedule a minimum of 25 hours per week, with at least 12 weekend hours required. Looking for a candidate who possesses a passion for helping people, clear communication and problem-solving skills, and fluency in both Dutch and English. The candidate should also be calm, kind, and quick-thinking under pressure.
