Job Description
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. You will own intake on the ARI support board, ensuring all tasks accurately triaged and assigned within our SLAs. Tasks created here are critical to ensuring the growth of Engines property inventory and competitive pricing for our customers. Complete all assigned tasks within SLA while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards tracking performance across ARI intake requests. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ARI SOPs and operational workflows. Collaborate with partners and internal sales teams to support supply operations and address inventory-related issues. Execute ad-hoc ticketing requests from stakeholders: generate bespoke reporting, provide analysis of data and identify root causes for engineering triage.
