Job Description
This Database Administrator role includes incident handling across various systems (HPSM, HPeSM, SNOW, internal monitors), planning and implementing changes, updating documentation, and providing consulting support to customers and other teams. Responsibilities also cover security audits (e.g., BSI), applying security patches, and managing licensing. The position involves taking over the daily hotline, monitoring FMB mails, handling 1st-level incident response, and participating in 24/7 on-call duty for high-priority incidents. Additional tasks include attending coordination and project meetings (Telcos) and supporting change and bid tracking processes.
