Billing Specialist

About the Role:

• The Billing Specialist ensures invoices are created accurately and submitted on time.
• This role supports a high-volume billing environment with 25–50 invoices per day.
• The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of billing experience and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and issue customer invoices accurately through QuickBooks Online.
• Review supporting documentation and verify pricing, payment terms, and billing information.
• Submit invoices through customer-preferred channels and manage portal submissions.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or related accounting role.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent English communication.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with customer vendor portals and procurement systems.
• Experience in an agency, media, or professional services environment.
• Familiarity with W-9 forms, vendor onboarding, and compliance documentation.
