Senior Specialist, Employee Relations - LATAM

Job Overview:

• Manage complex employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
• Provide expert guidance on termination procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
• Act as the first point of escalation, mentoring junior team members and resolving offboarding queries.

Employee Relations Support:

• Provide guidance on Remote's Employee Relations resources for navigating complex workplace scenarios.
• Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns, identifying regulations and potential paths forward.
• Guide clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches and documentation requirements.

Process Improvement & Collaboration:

• Identify opportunities to drive process improvements, automation, and customer experience enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Legal and Payroll to ensure compliance in offboarding activities.
• Tailor termination documents and maintain employee records with strict adherence to privacy regulations.
