- Manage complex employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with minimal supervision.
- Provide expert guidance on termination procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
- Act as the first point of escalation, mentoring junior team members and resolving offboarding queries.
Employee Relations Support:
- Provide guidance on Remote's Employee Relations resources for navigating complex workplace scenarios.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns, identifying regulations and potential paths forward.
- Guide clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches and documentation requirements.
Process Improvement & Collaboration:
- Identify opportunities to drive process improvements, automation, and customer experience enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Legal and Payroll to ensure compliance in offboarding activities.
- Tailor termination documents and maintain employee records with strict adherence to privacy regulations.
