Job Description
The Global Senior Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across global markets. They will conduct 30+ candidate interviews per week and evaluate candidates across both core/established technologies (Java, .NET, Python, C/C++, cloud platforms, databases) and emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, DevOps, data engineering, cybersecurity, etc.). The recruiter will actively source and engage top tech talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach and will deliver a world-class candidate experience in every interaction. Partner with hiring managers and Talent Ops to align on technical priorities.
