Role Overview:
- This role is responsible for building qualified sales pipeline through targeted prospect research, outbound calls, tailored emails, CRM management, follow-up execution, and appointment setting.
- The SDR must become a knowledgeable first point of contact representing Extrity’s brand clearly.
- Core focus is on moving qualified prospects toward discovery meetings and proposal opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prospect Research: Build targeted prospect lists based on ideal client profiles.
- Outbound Calling: Conduct professional calls to introduce Extrity, verify contacts, and book meetings.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot or assigned CRM with same-day updates.
Work Arrangement:
- This is a remote, full-time position reporting to CEO, COO, or assigned Sales Manager.
- The SDR supports field development strategy through planned outreach, calls, tailored emails, networking, and disciplined follow-up.
- Success is defined by ability to open doors, qualify opportunities, and move work toward proposal stage.
