Job Description

NielsenIQ is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to play a key role in enabling sellers to be more efficient and ensure a smooth customer experience. This role works with cross-functional teams to manage the right mix of tools and processes to assure a healthy pipeline and move opportunities to recognize revenue faster. Responsibilities include creating and updating sales opportunities in CRM, managing tasks to progress opportunities to revenue, assisting with PO tracking, processing orders, billing, and coordinating with cross-functional team members on product delivery. The specialist will help drive the development of the order to invoice cycle, partner with major business functions to resolve order questions, drive compliance with company policies, manage numerous requests concurrently, build deal tracking reports, proactively identify opportunities to improve the sales process, and serve as an expert on internal sales processes.
