• As a Product Operations Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and customers.
• You'll ensure the platform works as intended, investigate issues, and surface insights from operational data.
• This role involves connecting customer experiences with product team builds.

Who You Are:

• 2-3 years of experience in a technical SaaS environment with hands-on support.
• Strong SQL knowledge and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests effectively.

How You'll Spend Your Time:

• Monitor escalation queues and maintain data integrity of the Teikametrics application.
• Investigate platform issues through troubleshooting and ensure clear documentation.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to communicate insights.
