About the Role:
- Foundational hire on the Partner Operations team, working with the Partner Operations Lead.
- Focus on monitoring, measuring, and holding external partners accountable through data.
What You'll Do:
- Assess partner performance against SLAs and investigate deviations.
- Build scorecards and dashboards, and support dispute and escalation workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-4 years in operations, analytics, consulting, or a startup.
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, and dashboard tools, plus attention to detail.
