What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for full-time and part-time team members using ADP Workforce Now and Asana.
- Monitor ACA compliance reports and offer full-time benefits to eligible part-time employees.
- Oversee leave tracking, answer employee questions, and maintain compliance training via EasyLlama.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in People Operations, HR Support, or HR Generalist roles.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools; experience with ADP, Asana, or EasyLlama is a plus.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable working fully remote with strong communication skills.
Contract Details:
- This is a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave with a 4-6 week training overlap.
- US - Remote, hourly rate of $35 USD.
- Final compensation based on experience and relevant certifications.
