Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for SmarterDenials teams — Appeal Writer, Management, and expansions.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, raising the bar on craft and customer empathy.
- Engage customers to gather feedback and identify high-impact product improvements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 1–2+ years in a management role.
- 3+ years of experience in healthtech, ideally in RCM, denials management, or B2B clinical workflows.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and UX.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with payer-specific denial logic, appeal workflows, or coding products.
- Background in software engineering or data analysis.
- Experience launching a net-new product at a growth-stage healthtech company.
