About the Role:
- We are launching a new AI product to reduce front-desk work for beauty and wellness businesses.
- As the first GTM Strategy hire, you will define the go-to-market strategy and build a repeatable path to adoption.
- You will work directly with customers to identify value drivers and improve the product and customer experience.
What You'll Do:
- Define the GTM strategy by identifying early customer segments, positioning, and messaging.
- Lead customer discovery and improve activation and adoption through direct customer interaction.
- Build scalable GTM systems and shape the product roadmap by translating customer insights into priorities.
