Execute second-line compliance issue management activities including intake, documentation, tracking, remediation monitoring, validation, and closure.
Review and challenge remediation plans and supporting evidence to ensure corrective actions address identified issues.
Analyze issue trends and root causes to develop reporting and insights for compliance oversight.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in compliance, issue management, audit, or risk management in banking/financial services.
Experience supporting the lifecycle of compliance, risk, audit, or regulatory issues, including tracking and remediation monitoring.
Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate across teams in a remote environment.
