Job Description
As a Benefits Representative, you will serve as a point of contact for union members, guiding them through the enrollment process, answering questions, and assisting with any benefits-related concerns. You will assist members with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and changes, explain benefits options and provide guidance to help members make informed decisions and conduct benefits meetings for new members. You will also troubleshoot and resolve benefits-related issues, act as a liaison between members and the main office, and participate in open enrollment processes.
