The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of sales systems, processes, and analytics that make Jasper’s sales engine predictable and scalable. This role partners closely with sales leadership, revenue operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment across go-to-market motions.
Responsibilities include partnering with Sales leadership to translate revenue goals into operational plans, quotas, and territory design. Leading annual and quarterly planning processes, including capacity modeling, territory assignments, and quota setting. Owning and optimizing the sales CRM, ensuring clean data, automation, and integration. Leading forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews, and variance analysis.
