Job Description
NASCO is seeking a Revenue & GTM Operations Lead to design and implement a scalable go-to-market operations strategy. This role involves serving as the operational lead for forecasting, pipeline, and sales performance reporting. The candidate will facilitate regular business reviews with stakeholders, providing data-driven recommendations and execution plans, as well as drive cross-functional planning cycles, including territory design, quota setting, segmentation, and account coverage models.
The position requires analyzing GTM performance metrics and generating actionable insights to improve productivity and effectiveness, partnering with cross-functional leadership to define and enforce sales motion and best practices, and developing sales enablement programs, including management of the enablement content hub and cadence. The candidate will also own the optimization of key revenue tools such as HubSpot and LinkedIn Navigator.
