About the Role:

  • Ensure seamless customer transition during software migration.
  • Lead data migrations using both hands-on file work and automated tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.

In this role, you will:

  • Process an average of 40+ import tickets daily.
  • Clean, reformat, and validate customer data.
  • Monitor automated jobs and coordinate with engineering.
