Job Description
This Remote Account Manager II is a U.S. remote-based Medtronic Endoscopy Operating Unit sales position. In collaboration with a team of field Strategic Account Managers, the RAM will call on healthcare organizations, including hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and practices in a defined geographic area. The RAM will serve as a customer facing product expert responsible for educating physicians and nurses on the clinical advantages of the entire GI product portfolio. The position is focused on expanding the utilization of endoscopy products through market development and sales-oriented activities. Additionally, the RAM is required to continually develop their clinical knowledge to serve as a product expert for the company. By doing so, they can convey information in an effective manner to help support optimal utilization of the full product portfolio to the widest range of health care providers. The RAM will work closely with internal partners (Clinical Product Specialists, Technical Support, Finance, Customer Service, and Sales Support) to coordinate Medtronic efforts to meet and exceed customer expectations. This position is remote to enhance our competitive edge and expand our cross-functional collaboration efforts. This role will require 20% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.
